We aim to make receiving your Social Battery orders quick and hassle-free. All orders are processed promptly, and delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose.

Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Express Shipping: Need it sooner? Express delivery takes 1–3 business days.

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to process my order?

Once we receive your order, it will be processed within 1–3 business days. Our team processes orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed outside of these times will be processed on the next business day.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Email us at introvert@thesocialbattery.co as soon as you can. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update your address. Once it’s dispatched, changes can’t be made.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also track directly through Australia Post. If you hit any issues, contact Australia Post as they’ll have the most up-to-date info.

Do you deliver internationally?

At this time, we ship within Australia only. We’re working on expanding, so keep a lookout.
