Refunds & Returns Policy

We back what we make, but if the Chill Charging Blend isn't for you, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return and refund.

To start a return, email us at introvert@thesocialbattery.co with your order details. Once your return is approved, we'll send through a return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval can't be accepted, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


1. Returns for Chill Charging Blend

We're confident you'll love it, but if you donโ€™t, we'll happily review your return under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

To qualify:

  • Must be a first-time purchase (one claim per customer, based on customer details and delivery address)
  • Tin must be returned in its original packaging
  • You may have used no more than 5 serves
  • Email us within 30 days of your delivery date

Not covered:

  • Orders beyond your first unit
  • Orders where the product hasn't been tried at all
  • Original Shipping costs
  • Merchandise, accessories, or non-supplement items
  • Orders placed outside Australia
  • Promotional gifts, samples, or sale items

The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to one order per person. We reserve the right to refuse claims where we reasonably believe the policy is being misused. If a pattern of misuse is identified, we may restrict future purchases.


2. Consumer Guarantee Rights

Separately from our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, Australian consumers have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded.

If a product has a major failure (for example, it's unsafe, significantly different from its description, or substantially unfit for its purpose) you are entitled to choose between:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement of the same product

If a product has a minor failure, we'll offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion within a reasonable time.

These rights apply regardless of whether the product has been opened, and regardless of our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. They are not limited to your first order.

To make a consumer guarantee claim, email us at introvert@thesocialbattery.co with your order details and, where possible, photos of the issue and the batch number from your tin. We aim to resolve all claims within 5 business days.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us at introvert@thesocialbattery.co as soon as you receive it. Please include your order details, photos of the damage, and the batch number if possible. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.


4. Delivery Issues

If your package is damaged in transit or items are missing, email us at introvert@thesocialbattery.co with your order details and photos of the damaged package. We'll arrange a replacement or refund once confirmed.

For lost or delayed shipments, check your tracking via Australia Post first. If it can't be resolved, get in touch and we'll help.


5. Wrong Order Received

Received the wrong product? Email us at introvert@thesocialbattery.co and we'll sort it out. We'll arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and send you the right one.


6. Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Email us at introvert@thesocialbattery.co as soon as possible. If it hasn't been packed yet, we'll sort it out. Once packed and dispatched, cancellations aren't possible, but you may still be covered by our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee or your consumer guarantee rights.


7. How to Send a Return

If your return has been approved by our team, follow these steps:

  1. Wait for instructions - you'll receive an email from introvert@thesocialbattery.co with the return address and any next steps.
  2. Pack your return - repack the tin securely in its original packaging. Include your order number or a copy of your order confirmation inside the package.
  3. Ship the package - drop off with your chosen carrier. We recommend a trackable service, as we can't be held responsible for lost return parcels.
  4. Confirmation & refund - once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, get in touch at introvert@thesocialbattery.co.


9. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect immediately and will be reflected on this page.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
